EntriesIt's a new month! The perfect time to start a blog, if I say so myself. Admittedly, I have no idea what that really entails- so I'm making it up as I go!! Yay for improv!
I recently painted a glass!! It's covered in gold fish~ I thought it'd be cool, like there're fish swimming in the cup. It turned out okay-ish, I think. But my technique could totally use some work, lmao. I'm happy with it either way. It's something that I made myself, you know? (Well, kind of. I didn't make the cup, i got it for $0.50 second hand. But I digress.) There's just something special about having art you made and using it, I think so anyway. Gaze upon my work!!:D(once I figure out how to make the image work, that is...)
Another thing I have to write about is the ending of artfight!! I can't believe it's over so so soon... TvT I didn't get as much done as I would have liked. I just got so busy with other things! Things I will not say because, like, privacy exists for a reason. But I did hit 100 attacks, so it wasn't too bad a run. (That might sound impressive, but it's not, this was my 3rd year.) I hope everyone who participated had a nice artfight. And I especially hope team mystery wins! (I know we won't, but a girl can dream.)
Well, I suppose I'll end this entry here. Expect some photos to be added in the next week. Thank you for reading, I hope to have you here again next time I write!! (Also, please give me time to fix the paragraphs/rest of the site. I know it isn't very good, but I am still learning html.)
Wow!! It's hard to believe it's been a whole two months since my last entry!
Admittedly, I didn't mean for it to be so long. This is supposed to be a monthly blog, after all. But I've just been busy. I'm on break now, so hopefully I'll finish making this site. (Or, rather the layout for it. I plan on updating this site somewhat consistantly.)
Just a few days ago I made and submit my first entry in a gamejam!! It's a halloween visual novel for the 2026 Spooktober jam on itch.io. It's titled "To Kill a Party", if you want to check it out. It'd mean a lot if you played it. I'd originally hoped to spend a bit more time on it, but life (and poor time management) got in the way. Consequently, the art isn't very good and some of my variables aren't working how they should. There's also a few small errors. Oops!!
Also, it's October!! The month of my most favourite holiday, Halloween. So happy spooky month to those who celebrate! And to those who don't; happy October! (October should still be a happy month, whether you celebrate or not.) I've decorated my home with cotton spider webs, fake spiders, some creepy dolls that were supposed to be christmas decorations but are rlly creepy and might actually be haunted, a handmade spooky cardboard garland, and a big cardboard Enoch with streamers (He's from Over The Garden Wall. If you've seen it, you'll know. If you haven't seen it, you should. (But here's what he looks like anyway.)
